House Washing
A house wash that takes the grime off and leaves the paint on
Low pressure and a biodegradable mix, over the whole outside of the house: cladding, soffits, joinery, glass and the outside of your spouting. Mould and algae come off. Your paintwork stays exactly where it is.

Why the green comes back if it’s blasted off
Mould, algae and lichen are living things, not dirt. Hit them with high pressure and you take off the part you can see while leaving everything underneath. Which is why a blasted wall is green again within a season, and why the paint on it’s now a year closer to needing redoing.
A soft wash kills the growth. That’s what buys you a year or two rather than a few months.
The shaded side is a different house
Almost every home we look at is fine on the street frontage and completely different round the back. South-facing walls, anything under trees, and anywhere that never gets the afternoon sun grow mould far faster than the rest of the house. Most people are surprised when we walk them round.
When you don’t need one
Brick, mud brick, and anything painted in the last year or two. We’d rather say so and quote you for the roof and the spouting instead. There’s no point washing something that doesn’t need washing.
Your garden, your pets, your grandchildren
Garden beds and lawn get soaked down before we start and rinsed off after we finish. Pot plants, outdoor furniture and anything precious we move or cover with you first. Pets and kids inside or round the other side while we work, and back out as soon as we’ve rinsed down.
