Before you send it

What happens after I send this?

We read it, then ring you to arrange a time. We look at the place from outside — about fifteen minutes — and you get a price in writing.

If you’re having two or more services done, the 20% is already applied by the time you see the number.

Do I have to be home?

Only if you want to be, and lots of people do. Nothing about the quote or the job requires anyone to come inside your house.

Can I just ring instead?

Yes, and most people do. 022 469 0767. If you get the answerphone, leave your street and we’ll ring you back.

Is the price fixed?

The written quote covers the work described in it, and that’s the number on the invoice. If we find something unexpected once we’re on site, we ring you before we touch it, not afterwards.

What if I’m not sure what I need?

That’s completely normal. Tick “not sure” and tell us what you can see from the driveway. Working out what’s worth doing and what isn’t is part of the quote.
