About us
Our owner started washing houses at twenty-eight. He is forty-two now, still prices the jobs himself, and still works to the same rule he did in the first year: look after the house, not just the dirt.
Getting your house washed should be a good day. Not a worry, not a thing you put off. People spend all winter looking at a mouldy wall and a mossy roof, feeling a bit flat about the place, and then it gets washed and suddenly it’s somewhere you’re pleased to pull into. That moment is the actual product. The cleaning is just how we get there.
Which is why we’re fussy about the how. Nearly all the damage we come across on other people’s jobs traces back to one thing: too much pressure on the wrong surface, because pressure is fast and it looks impressive while you’re doing it. Stripped paint. Water forced in behind the weatherboards. Cracked tiles. Stripey concrete. None of it had to happen.
Painted cladding gets a soft wash: biodegradable mix, low pressure, chemistry doing the work instead of force. Roofs get treated rather than blasted. Concrete gets proper pressure and a surface cleaner, because concrete can take it. Timber gets handled gently. What fourteen years really teaches you is what not to point at something.
Hardly anyone in this trade will give you a number before they’ve been to your house. Ours are on the website: $200 for most jobs, $250 for a standard roof treatment. You should be able to work out whether we’re in your ballpark without booking an appointment to find out.
We are not the cheapest and we won’t pretend to be. We price in the middle of the market for high-spec work, then take 20% off when you book two or more services — two jobs on one visit costs us less than coming twice, and there’s no sense charging you for a trip we aren’t making.
Starting prices are published, and your own price is in writing before any work starts.
Nobody needs to. The quote and the job are both done entirely from outside.
Beds soaked before and rinsed after. Pots and furniture moved or covered with you first.

Small. Deliberately so. There’s a crew in Hamilton and the owner is still the one pricing jobs, which is the bit that matters to you — the person deciding what your house needs has spent fourteen years doing the work himself, not reading it off a rate card.
It also means we don’t take on more in a week than we can actually turn up for.
A Supreme Wash wash technician, and you’ll know his name before he arrives. He introduces himself, tells you how your home is going to be washed, answers anything you want to ask, and then gets on with it. Nobody needs to come inside your house at any point.
Yes, we carry public liability insurance. It isn’t something we make a song and dance about, because in this trade it should simply be assumed. If you’d like the details before you book, ask and we’ll send them.
It means if something isn’t right, you ring us and we come back and put it right. No forms, no arguing about it. That’s the whole guarantee, and it’s deliberately short because a guarantee you need a lawyer to read isn’t a guarantee.
Tell us the address and what you can see. We’ll come out and look from the outside. Fifteen minutes or so, nobody comes inside, and you get a price in writing. 20% off when you book two or more services.
