At a glance
What you get: the whole roof sprayed with a treatment that kills moss, lichen, mould and algae. Nothing scrubbed, nothing blasted. It dies off and the rain carries it away.
How often: every two years. From: $250.

How often: once or twice a year. From: $200.
What you get: a soft wash over cladding, soffits, bargeboards, joinery, glass, the outside of the spouting, the front entrance and the letterbox.
How often: yearly. From: $200. Brick? You probably don’t need it.

How we work
Fifteen minutes outside is genuinely enough for us to give you a firm price. We are not the cheapest. We price in the middle of the market for high-specification work, then take 20% off when you book two or more services, and that is what makes it affordable.
On the day, our wash technician introduces himself and tells you how your home is going to be washed before he starts. You’ll know his name. Nobody needs to come inside at any point.
“I’d rather that we were here and met the person.”
Quick guide. Moss or lichen you can see on the roof from the street? That’s a roof treatment. Water spilling over the edge of the spouting in heavy rain, or you can’t remember the last clear-out? Spouting. Green or grey down the shaded wall? House wash. Driveway darker than it used to be, or slippery underfoot? Driveway clean. Deck gone grey? Deck wash.
Still not sure? Tell us what you can see and we’ll tell you what’s worth doing and what isn’t.
Yes, and it’s the sensible way round. Roof, spouting and house wash go together naturally, because the roof sheds straight into the gutters. Doing one and leaving the other is half a job. One visit, one crew, one invoice, and the 20% comes off the lot.
The glass gets washed as part of a house wash, and that’s usually enough to make a real difference. We aren’t specialist window cleaners though, and we wouldn’t send someone out for a window-only job. You’d be better off with a window company.
We don’t specialise in cleaning the panels themselves. When we treat a roof with panels on it we spray around them rather than over them, because of the wiring underneath. Unless you specifically ask us to, in which case we’ll.
Low-rise commercial, body corporates and blocks of units: ring us with the details. It’s the same work, just repeated. If a job is beyond what we’re set up for we’ll tell you rather than take it on badly.
Tell us the address and what you can see. We’ll come out and look from the outside. Fifteen minutes or so, nobody comes inside, and you get a price in writing. 20% off when you book two or more services.
